Amazon Adventure: Meathead Goldwyn, founder of Amazingribs.com, has released his latest cookbook, The Meathead Method. Not to mention another good read from Good Eats host Alton Brown, Food for Thought.

SCBBQ Product Spotlight: Swig & Swine, with 5 locations along the coast, has some excellent sauces for sale on their site. I like the mustard and vinegar. I confess to actually even using their red sauce on occasion, though I choose the Jalapeño Red they serve in the restaurant.

Today, destination-bbq.com is the website for all things SCBBQ, and this newsletter builds on that tradition.
